Most of our freeze-dried products have a shelf life of up to 25 years when stored in a cool, dry place and kept in their original, unopened packaging.

Yes, as a wholesaler, we provide tiered pricing structures. The more you purchase, the lower the price per unit. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on large volume orders.
How do you handle shipping for fragile freeze-dried items?
We use specialized industrial-grade packaging and padding to ensure that our lightweight, brittle products arrive intact and without excessive powdering during transit.
Are there any additives or preservatives in your food?
Our freeze-drying process naturally preserves the food by removing moisture, so we do not need to add artificial preservatives. Most of our fruits and vegetables are 100% pure with no added sugar or salt.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have left our warehouse. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How do I rehydrate the freeze-dried meals?
Simply add hot water to the product, stir, and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Specific water-to-product ratios are printed on each individual package for your convenience.
